Keep each clinic event here, one row per event. Health data is sensitive, so only people with the right access can see this page.

The Health records page in the Misc area, as a school admin sees it: the full clinic log: check-ups, infirmary visits and vaccinations for every student.

What you see on this page

The table: Student, Roll No, Type, Notes, Date and an actions column.
Type is Checkup, Infirmary or Vaccination.
Add record, for people who may create people records.
Page controls. The log shows 25 entries at a time.

Add a record

Select Add record.
Pick the Student.
Choose the Type: Checkup, Infirmary or Vaccination.
Set the Date.
Write Notes, such as symptoms, treatment or the vaccine name.
Select Add record.

Edit or delete

Select the pencil icon, change the Type, Date or Notes, and select Save changes. The student cannot be changed on an existing record.
Select the bin icon to delete a record, after confirming.
