ID cards & report cards

Print ID cards and report cards for a whole class or one student.

Pick a class to print for everyone in it, or print one student at a time from the table. Administrators can print ID cards and report cards. Class teachers can print report cards for their own classes.

What you see on this page

Four numbers: Documents issued, ID cards, Report cards and Exams with results.
A row of pills: All students, then one pill per class.
The table: Student, Roll no, Class and icons for each student.
Page controls. The whole-school list shows 25 at a time.

Print for a whole class

Select the class pill.
Select Print ID cards (and the number of students) or Print report cards.
A print page opens. Use your browser's print command.

Print for one student

Find the student in the table. Select a class pill first if the list is long.
Select the ID card icon or the report card icon on their row.
Select the eye icon instead to open their profile.
