Add a health record

Log a check-up, infirmary visit or vaccination.

The Health records page in the Misc area, as a school admin sees it: the full clinic log: check-ups, infirmary visits and vaccinations for every student.

Steps

Open Misc → Health records.
Select Add record.
Pick the Student.
Choose the Type: Checkup, Infirmary or Vaccination.
Set the Date.
Write Notes, such as symptoms or the vaccine name.
Select Add record.

Health data is private. Only people with the right access can open it.
