Charts
A page of charts that shows the state of students, families, staff, leave, conduct and health at a glance.
Open in InsplyThis page is read-only. It uses the same numbers as the pages it links to, so the figures always agree. Each section loads on its own, so quick ones appear first. Select Open at the right of a section title to go to the page behind it.
Sections
- Students: students by grade and a split of boys and girls.
- Parents: children per family and how many families can sign in to the parent portal.
- Teachers: employment type, class and subject teachers, and years of service.
- Other staff: employment type and staff by role.
- Leave and payroll: student leave and staff leave by outcome, how many payroll records are paid, and net payroll by month.
- Merit and conduct: merit and demerit points per month over six months, net trend and top earners.
- Certificates: issued by type, and issued per month.
- Students who left: which grade they left from, and leavers per month.
- Health: records by type, and students flagged with allergies.
