What you see on this page

• Search by name, Halaqa and Show filters, with Apply and Clear. Show can be Everyone or Needs attention.
• The table: Student, Halaqa, Ayahs, Juz (out of 30), Pages (approx.), Pace / day (with the daily target, for example 3 of 5) and Attention.
• Attention shows the reasons a student needs help: Behind target, Many repeats, Frequent absences or Revision overdue.

Open a student's profile

1. Click the student's name, or the view icon on their row.
2. The list narrows to a column on the left and the full profile opens beside it.
3. Pick another student on the left to switch. Press Clear to go back to the full table.

What the profile shows

• The halaqa, the track and the start date, with any attention reasons.
• Tiles for Ayahs memorised, Juz complete, Pages (approx.), Of the Quran, and Ayahs a day over the last 14 and last 30 days.
• Juz map: each of the 30 juz as complete, in progress or not started.
• Quality, last 30 days: how much Sabaq was sent back to repeat, mistakes per 10 ayahs (if mistakes are shown) and when revision was last passed.
• Attendance, last 14 days: the percentage attended, present and late, absent and excused, and days missed in lessons.
• Recent lessons: date, lesson, portion, result (Passed, To repeat or Absent), mistakes and rating.
