Reports

Download Hifz progress and attention lists as Excel or PDF files.

Reports holds ready-made downloads. It is for school admins and anyone who has been given permission to export Hifz data. Each report is a card with a Download button.

The reports

  • Hifz progress: every enrolled student with ayahs, juz completed, pace and halaqa.
  • Needs attention: students flagged for risk, such as missed revision or low pace.

Download a report

  1. Open Hifz → Reports.
  2. Press Download on the report you want.
  3. Choose Excel (.xlsx) or PDF (.pdf). The file saves to your device.
