Overview shows how memorisation is going and who needs help. Admins see every halaqa. Ustaads see only their own.

What you see on this page

  • Active students: students currently enrolled and active.
  • Halaqat: the number of halaqat.
  • Juz completed (all students): the total of complete juz across students.
  • Attendance, last 14 days: the share of sessions attended. It shows a dash when there are no records yet.
  • Needs attention: students who fall behind, repeat a lot, miss sessions or skip revision, with their halaqa, pace per day and the reasons.
  • Revision overdue: students whose Sabqi or Manzil has not been passed for over a week, with when they last revised.
  • Halaqa comparison: each halaqa with its ustaad, number of students, average pace per day and how many have been recorded today.

Reasons a student is on Needs attention

  • Behind target: their pace over the last 14 days is under half of their daily target. This is only checked when the student has a daily target and some recent lessons.
  • Many repeats: more than 40% of recent lessons were sent back to Repeat, with at least 3 Sabaq lessons.
  • Frequent absences: 3 or more absent days in the last 14 days.
  • Revision overdue: no Sabqi or Manzil passed for more than 7 days, or never.
