An enrolment links a student to the programme, a halaqa and a track. It also holds their daily target and what they already knew when they joined. Only school admins can open this page.

What you see on this page

  • Halaqa and Status filters, with Apply and Clear filters. Halaqa has All halaqat and No halaqa as well as each halaqa.
  • Student: the name (click to open the person) and the roll number.
  • Halaqa: where they are, or None.
  • Track: Hifz (memorisation), Nazira (reading) or Tajweed / Qaidah.
  • Memorised: ayahs and complete juz, or From the start when nothing was memorised before joining.
  • Daily target: ayahs per day, or No plan.
  • Status: Active, Paused, Completed or Left.
  • Row buttons: the pencil edits the halaqa and status, and the view icon opens the student's Hifz profile.
