Record a student's day
Mark attendance and save the day's lessons for one student.
Use this every day for each student in your halaqa. Changes save as you go, so there is no Save button.
Steps
- Open Hifz → Today's halaqa.
- Check the Halaqa and the Date at the top.
- Select the student's name to open their card.
- Select Present, Late, Absent or Excused.
- Fill in each lesson, then select Passed or Repeat.
- Select Next student to move on.
Common questions
The page says No halaqa to record yet.
You are not the ustaad of any halaqa. Ask your school admin to pick you as the Ustaad under Hifz → Halaqat.
A student is missing.
Only active students in the halaqa show. An admin can check their status under Hifz → Enrolments.
