Pause or end a student's enrolment

Change a student's status to Paused, Completed or Left.

Only Active students show on Today's halaqa. Change the status when a student stops for a while or finishes.

The Enrolments page in the Hifz area, as a school admin sees it: put students into the Hifz programme and manage their halaqa and status.

Steps

Open Hifz → Enrolments.
Select the pencil on the student's row.
Pick a Status: Active, Paused, Completed or Left.
Select Save changes.

What each status means

Paused: stopped for now.
Completed: finished the programme.
Left: no longer in the programme.
