Mark a student absent or excused
Record that a student did not come, with or without a reason.
Use Absent when the student missed the halaqa. Use Excused when they had a good reason.
Steps
- Open Hifz → Today's halaqa.
- Select the student's name to open their card.
- Select Absent or Excused.
- The student counts as recorded.
Common questions
I cannot open the card of an absent student.
Cards of Absent and Excused students stay closed. This is expected.
