Enrol students in Hifz
Put one or more students into the Hifz programme.
A student must be enrolled before an ustaad can record lessons for them.
Steps
- Open Hifz → Enrolments.
- Select Enrol students.
- Search by name or roll number, then tick the students.
- Choose a Halaqa, or leave Assign later.
- Choose a Track. The default is Hifz (memorisation).
- Select Enrol students. The students appear in the list.
Common questions
It says the halaqa has no room.
The halaqa has a capacity. Pick another halaqa or raise the capacity under Hifz → Halaqat.
It says the student is already enrolled.
A student can only be enrolled once in the same track.
