Add a halaqa

Create a new group and pick its ustaad.

A halaqa is one ustaad's group of students. Make the halaqa first, then enrol students.

The Halaqat page in the Hifz area, as a school admin sees it: create and manage halaqat, each one an ustaad's group of students.

Steps

Open Hifz → Halaqat.
Select Add halaqa.
Type a Name.
Pick the Ustaad, or leave Not assigned.
Choose who it is For: Boys, Girls or Mixed.
Type a Room and a Capacity if you want.
Select Add halaqa. The new halaqa appears in the list.

Common questions

It says the name is already used.

Two halaqat cannot share a name. Pick a different name.

I cannot see Add halaqa.

Only school admins can open Halaqat.
