I cannot see a page or button

Why something is missing from your screen, and what to do.

Insply shows only what your role may use. A missing page or button usually means no permission.

Steps

  1. Press Ctrl+K and type the page name.
  2. If it is not listed, your role does not include it.
  3. On a phone, select More to check the full menu.
  4. If you need it for your work, tell your school admin.
  5. A school admin can change your role in Setup → Users & logins.

Common questions

I see the page but not the Add button.

You can view it but not change it. Ask for the right permission.
