The assistant

Ask a question or say what you want to do, and the assistant takes you to the right page.

The assistant is a chat inside Insply. It works under your own permissions, so it only finds and shows what your role is allowed to see.

Ask the assistant

  1. Press the round assistant button at the bottom right. The panel is called Insply assistant.
  2. Type in Ask or tell me what to do… and press the send arrow, or press a suggestion under the box.
  3. Read the answer. Press a button in the answer to open the page it points to.
  4. Press the New chat arrow to start over, or the X to close the panel. Closing keeps your conversation until you refresh.

What it can do

  • Find the page for a job, for example where to collect a fee.
  • Search for people by name, where your role allows it.
  • Give a quick summary of today.
  • Check attendance for today.
  • Answer What can I do? with a list of what your role can open.
  • Offer a card for a task. The card says what it will do, and nothing is saved until you press its confirm button. Press Cancel and nothing is saved.
