I forgot my password

Get a new password when you cannot remember yours.

Your school admin can give you a new temporary password. You then choose your own.

Steps

  1. Ask your school admin to reset your password.
  2. Get the temporary password from them.
  3. Open the sign-in page and sign in with it.
  4. Open your name in the top bar and select My profile.
  5. Go to Password and type the temporary one in Current password.
  6. Type your own New password twice, then select Update password.
