Your profile and password
Update your name, phone and photo, and change your password.
My profile shows your photo, your name, your role, your school and your email at the top, then two sections: Your details and Password.
Update your details
- Press your name in the top bar, then My profile.
- Change your Full name (at least 2 characters) or Phone.
- To change your picture, use Profile photo. You can drop a picture in, then crop it.
- Press Save changes. A green Profile updated message confirms it.
Change your password
- In the Password section, type your Current password.
- Type a New password of at least 8 characters, and type it again in Confirm new password.
- Leave Sign me out on my other phones and computers ticked. It is recommended, because anyone using your old password is signed out.
- Press Update password.
Messages you might see
- New password must be at least 8 characters.
- New password and confirmation don't match.
- Choose a password different from your current one.
- That is not your current password. Check it and try again.
