Why can't I sign in
Fix the most common sign-in problems.
Most problems are a typing mistake or a switched-off login.
Steps
- Check your Email for spelling mistakes.
- Check your Password. Look for a Caps Lock warning under the box.
- Select the eye icon to see what you typed.
- If it says Too many sign-in attempts, wait a minute and try again.
- If it still fails, ask your school admin to check your login.
Common questions
It says Please confirm your email first.
Insply sent a new link to your email. Open it, then sign in.
My login worked before.
Your admin may have switched it off or reset your password. Ask them.
