Who to ask for help

Find the right person when something does not work.

Start with this Help centre. Then ask the person for your kind of problem.

Steps

  1. Search this Help centre for the task, for example reset password.
  2. Press Ctrl+K in Insply to find the page you need.
  3. For login, role or permission problems, ask your school admin.
  4. For school questions, such as fees or marks, ask your school office or class teacher.
  5. School admins who are stuck should contact the Insply team that set up the school.
