Download a table as Excel or PDF
Search the rows in a table and download what you see as an Excel or PDF file.
Most list tables in Insply have a small toolbar just above them. It has a search box and a ⋯ button. Use it to find a row quickly or to take a copy of the list.
Download a table
- Find the toolbar above the table. It shows when the table has at least 3 rows.
- Optionally type in Search this table to keep only the rows that match, and use any filters the page has.
- Press the ⋯ button (Download this table).
- Choose Excel or PDF.
- Insply says how many rows it exported, and the file saves to your device.
What you get
- Only the rows you can see. Rows hidden by your search or a filter are left out.
- The same columns as on screen, without the action buttons.
- Excel: a sheet with a bold header row. Columns of numbers become real numbers, so you can add them up.
- PDF: a printable page stamped with your school's name, who downloaded it and when, using the school's own clock.
