Why can't I change attendance rules
Find out why the rule fields are greyed out.
Only people who can edit attendance, normally school admins, can change the rules. Everyone else sees the values with the fields switched off.
Common questions
The days box is greyed out.
Flag consecutive absences is switched off. Switch it on to type the number of days.
Save settings shows an error.
Percentages must be from 0 to 100. The streak must be from 1 to 60 days.
