What do the attendance colours mean
Understand the status buttons, the photo rings and the grey bar.
Every student has four statuses. The ring around the photo shows the colour of the status.
The statuses
- Present: the student is in class.
- Late: the student came in late. This counts as present in the percentage.
- Absent: the student is away.
- Leave: the student is away with permission.
- Grey in the bar at the top: students not marked yet.
