Letters
Write formal letters and reusable templates, publish them, and track who has read them.
Open in InsplyLetters are formal notes with a letterhead, such as a warning letter or an invitation. They work exactly like circulars: write, save as draft, publish, and optionally ask for acknowledgement.
School admins see the full table. Teachers, parents and students see a page called Letters with a card for each letter, a Read button and, if confirmation is asked for, an I have read this button.
What you see on this page (school admins)
- Status pills with counts, and an Add letter button.
- Title, with a small picture if the letter has one.
- Type: Letter or Template.
- Status: Draft, Pending, Scheduled, Published or Rejected.
- Acknowledged: how many people confirmed, if the letter requires it.
- When: the date.
- Row icons: View, Publish, Edit and Delete.
