Charts
See at a glance how many notices, letters, meetings and messages there are and where they stand.
Open in InsplyThe Charts page is titled Notices at a glance. It has one section for each part of Communication, so you can spot a backlog or a quiet spot without opening each page. Each section has an Open link to the page behind it. Charts appear only when there is data.
What you see on this page
- Circulars: how many were created each month over the last six months, and a ring chart of their status.
- Letters: where they stand (by status), letters issued per month, and how many people acknowledged each letter.
- Parent meetings: booking status, the busiest teachers (by active bookings) and active bookings by start hour.
- Meeting notes: what meetings cover (notes by tag) and meetings logged per month.
- Messages: message status, what people ask about (by category) and a triage funnel from all messages, to still open, to escalated.
- Noticeboard: notices posted per month and their publishing status.
- School news: news written per month and its publishing status.
