What do the register letters mean
Understand the letters and dots in the monthly register.
Each coloured cell has a short code. A legend above the grid shows them.
The codes
- P: Present.
- L: Late.
- A: Absent.
- Lv: Leave.
- H: Holiday. The school was closed.
- A dot: no record for that day.
