Today at a glance
See today's attendance totals and who needs a follow-up.
Open in InsplyThis page is for the office and school leaders. It shows how today is going and points to the classes and students that need attention. It only reads data; you change attendance on Mark attendance.
The totals at the top
- Present today: the percentage of marked students who are present or late, with the count (for example "180 of 200 marked").
- Absent, Late and On leave: today's counts.
- Not marked yet: students whose class has not taken the register. The number turns amber on a school day.
- The subtitle says whether today is a school day and how many students are on the roll.
The three lists
- Registers not taken today: each class with no register yet, with the number of students and a Mark now button that opens that class. On a day that is not a school day it says no register is needed.
- Absent several days in a row: students absent for the number of days set in Attendance rules, with the length of the streak. If the flag is switched off, the card tells you to turn it on in Attendance → Attendance rules.
- Low attendance, last 30 days: students below the low-attendance cut-off, with their percentage and the number of days marked. Click a name to open that student's class.
