Reports

Download ready-made attendance reports as Excel or PDF.

Reports gives you downloads you can share or print. The figures come from the last 30 days of registers and today's registers. Only people with permission to export attendance see this page, which normally means school admins.

The reports

  • Low attendance: students whose attendance is below the school's cut-off.
  • Consecutive absences: students absent several school days in a row.
  • Classes today: each class's enrolment, whether its register was taken, and the present count for today.

Download a report

  1. Open Attendance → Reports.
  2. Find the report you want and select Download.
  3. Choose Excel (.xlsx) or PDF (.pdf).
