What Home is for and where to find each page.
Home is where you land after signing in. It answers one question: what is going on at school right now? What you see depends on who you are.
What each person sees
- School admins see the Dashboard: the current academic session, headline numbers, a feed of the newest notices, a calendar with upcoming events, and the students who need attention.
- Teachers, parents and students see a Noticeboard & messages group under Home with four pages: Noticeboard, School news, Events and Messages.
- School staff find those same four pages in the Communication module instead, because they also publish and manage them there.
Pages in Home
- Dashboard: the school at a glance, for school admins only.
- Noticeboard: notices and posts from the school.
- School news: news and announcements.
- Events: the school calendar.
- Messages: private conversations between families or staff and the school office.
