If your child is enrolled in a Hifz class (halaqa), this page shows their progress in plain terms. There is one panel for each enrolment, for each child. A child who is not enrolled is listed with a note to ask the school office about joining.

What you see on each panel

  • The halaqa name and the track: Hifz, Nazira (reading), or Tajweed and Qaidah.
  • Progress so far: Ayahs memorised, Juz complete out of 30 and approximate pages, with a bar showing the share of the Quran.
  • Today: the lessons recorded today, or a note that none is recorded yet.
  • Earlier this week: lessons from the last seven days.
  • Practise at home: where tomorrow's new lesson starts, or a reminder to repeat it, and the recent revision to go over.
  • Juz map: which of the 30 parts are complete.

Lesson names and results

  • Sabaq: the new lesson.
  • Sabqi: recent revision.
  • Manzil: older revision.
  • Passed: the lesson was accepted. To repeat: the teacher asked your child to say it again. Absent: not at the halaqa.
