My child is the menu for parents. It shows only your own children. You can follow their day, see results and fees, read what the class teacher posts, book a parent meeting and tell the school when your child will be away.

The pages

  • Today: a quick summary of attendance, homework, fees and the latest result.
  • My child's profile: one page with everything about your child, in tabs.
  • Attendance: the daily record and the attendance rate.
  • Timetable: the class's weekly schedule.
  • Results: published exam results.
  • Fees: bills, payments received and receipts.
  • Class updates: posts from the class teachers.
  • Homework: what is set, what is due and how it was marked.
  • Study material: notes and files shared with the class.
  • Online classes: live lessons with a join link.
  • Homework marks: marks from checked homework, by subject.
  • Book a meeting: pick a time with your child's teachers on parent meeting day.
  • Apply for leave: ask the school to excuse your child for some days.
  • Notices, Letters and School policies: what the school has sent or published.
  • Hifz progress: Quran memorisation progress, if your child is enrolled in Hifz.

If you have more than one child

  1. Look for the row of child chips near the top of the page. Each chip shows a photo, a name and a class. It only appears when more than one child is linked to you.
  2. Select a chip to show that child on the current page.
  3. The school remembers your choice, so the next page you open is for the same child.
