Class updates is a feed of announcements from the teachers of your child's class. Only people in that class (its teachers, students and parents) can see the posts. Teachers and admins are covered in the LMS help.

The Class updates page in the My child area, as a parent sees it: posts from your child's class teachers, shown for your child's class.

What is different for parents

You can read posts but not write or delete them. There is no New post button.
Each post shows who wrote it, when, the class, an optional title, a picture, video, audio clip or file if there is one, and the message. Press play on a video or audio clip to watch or listen on the page.
If you have children in different classes, a class picker appears at the top. Choose the class to read.
