Add a picture, video or file to a notice

Attach pictures, a video, a PDF or a video link to a notice.

Use this when words are not enough. The same steps work for School news and Posts.

Steps

  1. Open Communication → Noticeboard.
  2. Select Post a notice.
  3. Find Pictures, video or file.
  4. Add your pictures or videos. You can add up to 25 together.
  5. Or add one PDF, or one YouTube or Vimeo link.
  6. Select Save draft, Submit for approval, or Publish now.
