What do the leave statuses mean

Learn what Pending, Approved, Rejected and Cancelled mean.

The Apply for leave page in the My child area, as a parent sees it: ask the school to excuse your child for one or more days, and follow the decision.

Steps

Open My child → Apply for leave.
Scroll to Leave history.
Look at the Status column.
Match the word with the list below.

The statuses

Pending: waiting for the school office.
Approved: the school agreed.
Rejected: the school said no.
Cancelled: you withdrew the request.
