My child's profile

What a parent sees on their child's profile page.

1 min readMy child → My child's profileFor: Parent

The profile gathers everything the school holds about your child in one place. It is read only: you cannot edit it here. If something is wrong, tell the school office.

At the top

  • Your child's photo and name, with chips for class, roll number, house, campus and status.
  • Report Card: opens your child's printable report card, when the school allows it.
  • Four figures: Attendance, Fees (fee balance or Fees cleared), the latest result and Merit points.
  • Child chips: if you have several children, choose which profile to view.

The tabs

  • Overview: personal information (gender, date of birth, admission details, contact details and address), parents and contacts, and a short Hifz summary if your child is enrolled.
  • Academics: current class, upcoming exams, the weekly timetable, results with a subject-by-subject breakdown, and homework with its status (To do, Missing or the marks).
  • Attendance & leave: counts of present, late and absent days, a monthly calendar you can move forward and back, recent attendance and leave requests.
  • Fees: invoices, payments, concessions and any security deposit.
  • Records: certificates, documents, letters, merit and conduct entries, health records and parent meetings.
  • Activities: clubs and activities, library loans and transport route.
