Attendance
Your child's daily attendance record and attendance rate.
Open in InsplyThis page shows how often your child has been at school. The heading says how many school days are counted.
What you see on this page
- Present: days attended, including how many of them were late.
- Absent: days absent, with how many were on approved leave.
- Rate: the percentage of marked days attended.
- Attendance insight: a ring showing the rate, a plain-language line about it, and counts for Present, Late, Leave and Absent.
- Daily record: a table of Date, Status and Remark for each day.
What the rate means
- 90% or more: great attendance.
- 75% to 89%: attendance is slipping and more absences will start to affect learning.
- Below 75%: attendance is low. Please speak to the class teacher about catching up.
